Who runs this site

This site and its waitlist are run by OneTimeBooks, which holds the waitlist data. Contact: hello.onetimebooks@proton.me.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, your answer to "Which QuickBooks version do you use?" (if you give one), and the date and time you signed up. We do not store your IP address with your sign-up.

Why

Only to contact you about OneTimeBooks: to tell you when it's ready, send the early-bird price if you qualify, and learn which QuickBooks versions to support first.

Who sees it

Only the OneTimeBooks team. We do not sell your email. We share it only with the services that store or send it for us (Cloudflare, and our email provider when we email you). Sign-ups are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in a Cloudflare D1 database.

Spam protection and fonts

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. To run the spam check, your IP address is passed to Cloudflare Turnstile. It is not saved with your sign-up. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers to download them.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up until 12 months after OneTimeBooks launches, or until you ask us to delete it (we delete within 30 days of a request). If OneTimeBooks doesn't launch, we delete the list within 90 days of deciding not to launch, and email you to let you know.

Your choices

To have your sign-up deleted at any time, email hello.onetimebooks@proton.me and we will remove it. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.

Your books

This notice covers the waitlist only. The OneTimeBooks app is designed to keep your books in your browser on your own computer, not on our servers.
